Fun Street – Business Terms & Conditions

All tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to a valid COVID reason, then we may reschedule your session or offer you a gift card but refunds cannot be given. Proof may be required. In the event of another lockdown, you will be rescheduled to a date after the lockdown.

If you do not attend your allocated session or arrive late, no refunds are possible. We may allocate you to a different session or allow extra time at the manager’s discretion.

The above policy applies to all tickets. See separate policy for party bookings.

Black Friday £100 Gift Card for £50 Offer – Gift card can only be used from 01/01/22 till 31/03/22 for admission tickets only. Can be used on weekdays or weekends. Not valid for parties or cafe spend. Cannot be refunded.
